Report a listing

LogoSyncer is the pipe between a company’s Stripe account and its logo provider. We sync; we don’t decide who appears on anyone’s website. The site you saw the logo on is run by our customer, and they control what it shows. They hold the exclusion controls, and they have the relationship with you.

The fastest route

Contact the site owner directly. It is their page, their decision, and a one-line email to them is almost always quicker than anything routed through us.

Reporting it to us

If you’d rather tell us, use the form below or write to abuse@logosyncer.com. Here is exactly what happens, stated plainly so there is no misunderstanding:

  • We log the report and forward it to the account holder responsible for that wall.
  • We will suppress an asset across the whole service where we are legally required to (a court order, a valid trademark or other IP complaint, or an obligation under applicable law) and where a listing breaches our terms of service.
  • We do not offer a fixed response time and we do not guarantee removal. We can’t promise to take something off a website we don’t control.

We don’t auto-remove on an unauthenticated request, either: an instant anonymous removal button would let anyone strip a company off someone else’s site.

Kept with the report record, and shared with the site owner so they can reach you about it. Never added to any logo wall or mailing list.
