// how it works

Three steps, then never again.

  1. Connect Stripe read-only

    A restricted read-only key you create yourself, limited to four read scopes. We extract customer domains: never names, never emails, never card data.

  2. Logos sync automatically

    Resolved from each customer's domain and served from one origin. A daily scheduled sync keeps the wall current, plus on-demand refresh whenever you want it.

  3. One line on your site

    Paste the snippet. The wall stays current forever; you never touch it again.

// faq

Questions, answered.

Is this legal? Do my customers have to consent?
Identifying your own customers by name and mark is a long-standing, widespread practice; US trademark law calls it nominative fair use when you use no more of the mark than needed and imply no endorsement. Your own agreements still govern, so check them; this isn't legal advice. Practically, you stay in control: your exclusion list and per-wall hide are honored everywhere, at serve time.
How fresh is the wall?
New customers appear and churned customers disappear on their own. Every connection gets a daily scheduled sync plus on-demand refresh, from the dashboard or the API, up to once an hour. Exclusions never wait for a sync; they apply immediately at serve time.
What access do you get to my Stripe account?
Read-only, nothing else. You connect with a restricted key you create yourself in Stripe, limited to four read scopes (Customers, Subscriptions, Events, and Account) and revocable from your Stripe dashboard at any time. We can never create charges, move money, or write anything to your account, and the key is encrypted at rest.
What if a customer doesn't want to be on the wall?
You take them off: one tick in the exclusion list, applied at serve time on every wall, no deploy. LogoSyncer syncs; your site is yours, so the call is yours. Every wall also links a public page at /takedown where a listed company can report a listing to us; we forward those to you, since you’re the one holding the controls.
Do you store my customers' emails?
No. We read a customer record's email field for exactly one purpose: extracting the company domain (acme.com from jane@acme.com). The domain is all we store: never the email, never names, never payment data. Personal addresses like gmail.com are filtered out entirely.
How do AI agents use LogoSyncer?
The whole product works over the API: signup, verification, Stripe connect, and embed. No browser required. We publish llms.txt, agent-first docs at /docs/agents, and an MCP server, so you can paste a single prompt into Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor and let the agent wire everything up.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your wall keeps working. You drop back to the Free tier: your top 20 logos stay live and the small “Powered by LogoSyncer” badge returns. We never break an embed that's already on your site.
How is this different from Brandfetch or Logo.dev?
Those are logo APIs: give them a domain, get an image back; in fact, our logo assets come from Logo.dev. LogoSyncer is the Stripe-sync layer on top: it works out which domains belong on your wall by reading Stripe, keeps that list current as customers come and go, and serves it as a hosted wall, embed, and API.
